Returns / Refunds / Cancellations

• The customer must make contact with PC PARTS prior to goods being returned.
• Any goods that are deemed to be faulty are to be returned complete with all original packaging and with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
• All returning freight and insurance costs will be paid by the customer.
• Unauthorised returns will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
• Shipping cost or any financial charges are non refundable.
• PC PARTS DO NOT offer 'instant' replacement or 'advance' replacement, we do our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products returned meet the warranty terms and conditions.
• There will be no credit or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once the product has been confirmed, processed and shipped out. Prices of computer parts are volatile and we do not control the price fluctuations.
• PC PARTS does not carry out the testing of any faulty items, the items are returned to the manufacturer for their independent testing and warranty replacements.
• We are not responsible for data contents or the security of the data contents contained in any returned goods. All care will be taken to preserve data, although this may not always be possible. We accept no responsibility for data stored on systems or storage devices that are returned for repair.
• Please also note that incompatibility is NOT a fault. We cannot ensure what you purchased is compatible with what you have existing no refund will be given.
• Items that are being returned for credit MUST be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of a minimum of 20%. NO credit is available for any freight paid.
• There has been a large percentage of warranty returns to us and have been tested to be no fault in this event PC PARTS reserves the right to charge a $50.00 labor fee for time spent examining goods were no fault has been found.
