Payment Options

Paying via Credit card we us Paypal.

Visa, Mastercard,*note there is a 2.4% Surcharge*

Paying via direct deposit by selecting the "Bank Transfer" option during the checkout and payment procedure. Information will then be provided to you as to whom and where to make your payment. You will simply need to process the transfer through your own online bank or direct deposit over the counter at any Westpac branch. Goods however will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. Payment made via credit cards, Visa and MasterCard Order usually take 1-2 Business days to show up on our accounts and your order will be shipped once it clears Direct Deposit payments take 1-2 Business days to show up on our accounts, once it shows up your order will be shipped.

Some customers have asked why it has taken us longer than normal to process their order. The simple answer is that we did not receive your payment from PayPal for some time, in some cases up to 10 days after placing the order. This is due to the way PayPal works with certain payment methods, namely eCheques and has nothing to do with our order processing.
