Shipping & Returns Policy
All goods are delivered to your home or workplace.
We do not offer a pick up service.

  • PC PARTS is here to help, if you are not sure what computer parts you need for your upgrade or for whatever your needs may be, please use the Contact Us form to ask.
  • The customer must make contact with PC PARTS prior to goods being returned.
  • Return of any faulty items will be at the customers expense.
  • Any goods that are deemed to be faulty are to be returned complete with all original packaging and with a copy of the original purchase invoice.
  • Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
  • Shipping cost or any financial charges are non refundable
  • We DO NOT offer 'instant' replacement or 'advance' replacement, Turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the suppliers or the distributors we do our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products returned meet the warranty terms and conditions.
  • There will be no credit or refund given on the price difference of the ordered items due to price drops once the product has been confirmed, processed and shipped out. Prices of computer parts are volatile and we do not control the price fluctuations.
  • If goods received are not as ordered, please inform Us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, do not open any packaging or use as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for return.
  • PC PARTS reserves the title of ownership to any extra or incorrect goods shipped as result of our error. Please choose carefully,
  • We are under no obligation to honor cancellation requests if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.
  • Please also note that incompatibility is NOT a fault. We cannot ensure what you purchased is compatible with what you have existing no refund will be given.
  • We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice.
  • Items that are being returned for credit MUST be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of a minimum of 20%. NO credit is available for any freight paid.
  • There has been a large percentage of warranty returns to us and have been tested to be no fault in this event PC PARTS reserves the right to charge a $50.00 labor fee for time spent examining goods were no fault has been found.

  • **Shipping weight is based on either size or weight, whichever is larger. Weight shown may be cubic weight not actual weight.**
  • Following is the Shipping charges as appropriate which will automatically calculate on check out for all States.
  • Up to 2 kgs - $12.50including GST
  • 2 kgs to 4 kgs - $17.00 including GST
  • 4 kgs to 10 kgs - $25.50 including GST
  • 10 kgs to15 kgs - $35.50 including GST
  • 15 kgs to20 kgs - $40.50 including GST
  • 20 kgs to 30 kgs - $50.50 including GST
  • Over 30kgs - $60.50 including GST
  • Our preferred couriers are Couriers Please, Australian Air Express, FastWay, StarTrack
  • Please note : The courier service chosen for each order is subject to the nominated shipping address, package size, weight and dimensions. Proof of Delivery
  • If you haven't received your order or require a proof of delivery after the standard lead time, please use Contact Us and provide your details including order date, item ordered, total amount paid, how payment was made. Also include how you wish to receive the proof of delivery whether by email, fax or post.
  • For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-5 working days from date of clearance of payment.
  • For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working day.
  • Delivery Address and Contact Details:
  • When placing an order with us, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and/or mobile telephone number. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods and that photo identification may be requested

Notice on BFG Warranty Service

BFG has updated the warranty policy on all graphics cards introduced by BFG on or after February 21, 2008. For more details, visit BFG LIMITED LIFETIME CONSUMER WARRANTY

BFG offers:
  • Limited lifetime for the products sold in USA and Canada
  • Ten (10) years warranty for other countries
  • One (1) year warranty if the product is not registered with BFG

    Therefore, to obtain 10 years warranty service from BFG, you need to be registered on www.bfgtech.com
